A sala de inovação é um espaço físico dedicado à promoção, representação e disseminação da cultura e das práticas de inovação dentro da organização. Mais do que apenas uma área física, ela simboliza o compromisso da empresa com a experimentação, a criatividade e a colaboração.
Esse ambiente pode ser utilizado para workshops, sessões de ideação, apresentações de projetos, exposições de tecnologias emergentes, reuniões de times multidisciplinares, entre outras atividades ligadas ao ecossistema de inovação da Cia. Seu design deve estimular a interação, o pensamento disruptivo e a cocriação, reforçando visualmente e funcionalmente a importância estratégica da inovação para o futuro da organização.
