A utilização de incentivos fiscais para inovação consiste na aplicação de mecanismos legais — como a Lei do Bem e outros recursos regulados — para reduzir custos e fomentar investimentos em projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação (P&DI) dentro da organização.
