Breve explicação
Um programa de incubação e/ou aceleração é uma iniciativa estratégica voltada ao apoio de startups e negócios inovadores externos à organização, com o objetivo de impulsionar soluções disruptivas e fomentar novos modelos de negócio. A incubação é direcionada a negócios em estágios iniciais, oferecendo suporte como espaço físico, mentorias, capacitação empreendedora e apoio na estruturação do modelo de negócio. Já a aceleração atua em startups mais maduras, promovendo mentorias intensivas, acesso a investidores, validação de mercado e, muitas vezes, recursos financeiros para escalar o negócio rapidamente.
Ao executar esses programas, a empresa se aproxima do ecossistema empreendedor, testa novas tecnologias e modelos com agilidade e fortalece uma cultura de inovação aberta.
